Mencius,Xunzi said the human nature has the different connotation.Mencius recognizes that Humanity is kind.This theory opens out the inherent feature that man gets on well with others,the probability and initiative on formating moral character.Xunzi recognizes that Humanity is evil.This theory opens out the perceptual desire that man seeks self-satisfaction,the necessity,unitarity of activity and passivity on formating moral character.Basing on these theory of human nature,Education methodology of Mencius and Xunzi about formation of moral character has the difference and has the common traits.
