| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的加剧,“大而全,小而全”的物流运作模式已逐渐被淘汰,越来越多的企业选择将物流外包出去,然而并不是所有物流外包的企业都取得了良好的业绩,说明了物流外包也存在着一定的风险,应该寻求避免风险的有效应对策略。

| Abstract: | With the serious competition of the market,some operational patterns of logistics have been knocked out gradually.More and more enterprises choose the logistics outsourcing,but not all of them gain the achievement.There are some risks in the logistics outsourcing.This paper analyzes the risks of the logistics outsourcing and give some measures about how to avoid these risks. |
