| 摘 要： | 我国公民包括农民工缺失一些宪法性权利,如迁徙自由权、罢工权等,农民工也没有被纳入到宪法中的“特定人”中去特别规定。赋予公民包括农民工这些宪法缺失权利,将农民工纳入到宪法中的“特定人”中去,对于保障农民工的权益、构建和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村都具有重要战略意义。

| Abstract: | The citizen of the People's Republic of China hasn't been given the rights of freedom of migration,freedom of strike,and peasant-workers have not been regarded as constitutional special person.It's very important to entrust the lack of constitutional rights to peasant-workers,and it will be historically significant to build the new socialist countryside. |
