| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析我国仲裁法 ,指出我国仲裁法的规定已构成了我国仲裁质量保障机制 ,这些规定主要包括七项制度 ,即 :仲裁委员会设立制度、仲裁员聘任制度、仲裁员选定制度、仲裁员回避制度、仲裁员承诺制度、仲裁裁决书草案审阅制度、仲裁员责任制度

| Abstract: | The author of this paper thinks Chinese arbitration quality guaranty system has been built in Chinese Arbitration Law.There are seven guaranty systems in the law and they are the setting up system of Board of arbitrator,the arbitrator engage system,the arbitrator select system,the arbitrator challenge system,the arbitrator acceptance system,the arbitration adjudication draft check system and the arbitrator duty system. |
