| 摘 要： | 构建以有效教学为目标的大学英语教师信念体系是实现大学英语有效教学的重要因素。分析了大学英语教师信念体系发展的影响因素;应以有效教学为目标构建大学英语教师信念体系;探寻其构建途径;认为教师要实现有效教学就必须建立相应的教师信念体系。
