吉林省农业优势产业集聚及其动力机制分析

吉林省是中国重要的商品粮生产和输出基地,具有发展农业优势产业集群的资源条件和基础.测算吉林省农业优势产业及集群程度结果表明：吉林省农业优势产业按照特色区域集群发展的特征明显,呈现东、中、西产业优势格局;农业优势产业集聚具有显著的“倒马鞍型”特点;林业、渔业和牧业等产业集聚程度明显高于种植业;专业性越强、地理资源禀赋趋势越明显的作物,集聚程度越高.吉林省农业产业集聚的动力在于市场需求的初动力、资源禀赋的诱发力、特色产业集聚种植的稳固力、农产品加工的牵引力和农业政策支持的外在推动力.推进吉林省现代农业建设,需要依据优势农业产业区域集聚的特点进行布局和规划.

The Agglomeration and Dynamic Mechanism of Competitive Agricultural Industries in Jilin Province

The provincial competitive agricultural industries and the extent to which the industries have agglomerated are calculated. Result shows that Jilin province＇ competitive agricultural industries are characterized as clusteringly developing in special regions, the competitive industrial situation obviously seen in the eastern, middle and western area of the province; the structure of the competitive industrial cluster obviously takes on a shape of ＂inverted saddle＂; the extent to which the industries of forestry, fishery and live stocking have clustered is obviously greater than that of crop farming; and if the greater the specialty of crops is, the more obviously they are influenced by geographic resources, the more powerful the industrial clusters of the crops will become. The agglomeration of competitive agricultural industries of Jilin province is started by market demand, induced by resource endowment, stabilized by the special industries agglomeration of crop farming, pulled by the processing of agricultural products and supported by agricultural policies as well. Pushing forward the agricultural modernization of Jilin province involves laying out and planning the provincial agricultural industry according to the characteristics their regional agglomeration possesses.
