大学生心理危机表现及其对策

大学生群体容易受到社会各界的关注,大学生心理危机的产生主要受到生理、心理、家庭、学校和社会因素的影响.当前大学生心理危机的具体表现为人际交往障碍、学业心理焦虑、婚恋心理危机和求职择业恐惧等.高等学校针对心理危机,应当建立心理普查和心理危机预警机制,开展“一对一”专业疏导与团体心理辅导,加强职业生涯规划教育和婚恋教育,达到化解心理危机,增强学生心理适应与应对能力的效果.
