大学毕业生求职择业存在问题及其应对策略

摘    要:就业是大学生人生中的一次重要选择,就业问题是大学生最关心的问题。然而在新的就业形势下,大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,就业压力逐步增大。大学生在求职择业中存在就业期望值偏高",就业难"与"有业不就"现象并存;综合素质与能力偏低,择业竞争力不强;缺乏对职业的了解,普遍存在择业困惑;就业压力过大,择业心理失衡;求职能力偏低,择业成功率不高。因此,大学毕业生应该认清就业形势,树立正确择业观;以市场需求为导向,增强就业竞争力;科学定位职业,选择适合自己的职业;克服就业心态偏差,培养良好的择业心理;增强求职能力,提高择业成功率。

Abstract:Employment is an important choice of life for a college graduate and a problem which he pays the most attention to and is mostly worried about.Currently,in the new employment situation,college graduates are being confronted with increasingly fierce employment competitions and steadily increasing employment pressures.The current employment situation that college graduates are confronted with and the chief factors that restrict the college graduates' employment are both analyzed.The chief problems that exist in the current college graduate employment are expounded in the aspects of the view of employment,general personal quality,career choice,employment psychology and job hunting competence.The main measures for college graduates to be successfully employed are put forward in the aspects of developing a correct view of employment,upgrading personal quality,choosing a suitable career,developing a healthy psychology of employment choice and strengthening the job hunting skills of college graduates.
