辽河流域辽宁区域水资源承载力分析

摘    要:在分析辽河流域辽宁区域水资源现状及存在问题的基础上,建立考虑水资源、社会、经济以及生态环境系统的水资源承载力评价指标体系,应用模糊集对分析法对辽河流域辽宁区域各行政区现状年2005年、规划水平年2020年和2030年进行评价。结果表明,辽河流域辽宁区域除抚顺、铁岭、丹东、锦州、营口承载力水平为Ⅱ级外,其他地区均为Ⅲ级,水资源已接近饱和值,开发利用潜力较小。在此基础上,提出依靠跨流域调水、节水、雨水污水资源化等措施,提高辽河流域辽宁区域水资源承载力。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the status quo of the bearing capacity of water resources in the Liaoning Region of the Liaohe River valley as well as the existing problems,an evaluation index system for the bearing capacity of water resources is set up,which takes into consideration water,society,economy and eco-environmental system.The analytical method of fuzzy set pair is employed to evaluate the status quo year of 2005,and the planning level years of 2020 and 2030,of each administrative area in the Liaoning region of the Liaohe River valley.The result shows that in the Liaoning region of the Liaohe River valley,except for Fushun,Tieling,Dandong,Jinzhou and Yingkou,whose bearing capacities of water resources are all at the second level,all other areas are at the third level,which indicates that the water resources there have been approximate to saturation value and thus has little potential of exploitation.On this basis it is put forward that the bearing capacity of water resources in the Liaoning region of the Liaohe River valley can be upgraded by taking such measures as transferring water from one river valley to another,saving water,turning rainwater and polluted water into resources and making eco-repairs.
