省级农业科学院人力资源实践对组织绩效的影响

摘    要:以省级农业科学院为组织背景,实证研究人力资源实践与组织绩效的关系。结果表明,人力资源实践的招聘维度和激励维度对组织的常规绩效与创新绩效均有显著的正向影响,培训维度则对两类组织绩效均没有显著影响。在维度两两交互效应研究中,激励和培训的交互效应对组织的创新绩效有显著影响,激励与招聘、招聘与培训的交互对组织的常规绩效和创新绩效均缺乏显著作用。

Abstract:From the perspective of human resource practice, with the provincial academies of agrieuhural science as sample, human resource practice and its influence on organizational performance are empirically studied. The findings reveal that recruitment and motivation have a positive influence on regular pefforraanee and innovative performance while trainning fails to do so. When it comes to the effects of interaction, the interaction between training and motivation has a positive effect on the innovative performance while the other two fail to do so. The result provides another way for the provincial academies of agricultural science to improve their performance.
