辽宁省农村金融发展与农村经济增长关系实证研究

长期以来,农村金融发展与农村经济增长的关系一直是人们广泛关注的问题。以辽宁省为研究对象,依据辽宁省农村金融发展和经济增长的实际数据,构造和使用金融相关率、金融支农程度等指标,依次使用平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验等计量经济学方法,对辽宁省农村金融发展和经济增长进行了实证检验,进而明确辽宁省农村金融发展在促进经济增长中的作用,并以此为依据提出农村商业性金融要多种类型并存与竞争,农村合作性金融要构建纵向型合作金融体系,农村政策性金融应拓宽业务经营范围等政策建议。

A Positive Study on Rural Financial Development and Rural Economic Growth in Liaoning Province

For a long time,the relation between financial development and economic growth has been an extensively concerned problem.With Liaoning Province as research object,based on the actual data of rural financial development and rural economic growth in Liaoning Province,constructing and using indexes such as the relevant rates of finance and the intensity of the finance to support agriculture,etc,and using econometric methods such as Unit Root Test,cointegration test and Grainger Causality,etc,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the rural financial development and economic growth of Liaoning Province so as to make clear the role that the rural financial development plays in the economic growth of Liaoning Province and puts forward policies and proposals.
