高等农业院校研究生学生工作助理制度的探索与实践——以沈阳农业大学研究生学生工作助理制度为例

摘要：进入21世纪，研究生群体逐渐表现出思想主流积极向上、独立能力与民主意识显著增强、科研与创新意识不断提高等新特点，如何加强和改进新形势下研究生教育与管理工作，成为进一步提高研究生综合素质、推动高等教育改革发展的一项重要课题。沈阳农业大学在2008年实行研究生学生工作助理制度，经过三年的探索与实践，在选拔聘用、日常管理、工作考核等各方面已日臻完善，各项工作有序开展，并在日常思想政治教育、党团组织建设、班集体建设和骨干培养、特殊群体和特殊阶段工作等方面取得积极成效，成为加强研究生教育与管理的有效形式。

The Graduate Student Assistant System of Agricultural Colleges and Universities： Exploration and Practice -The Graduate Student Assistant System of Shenyang Agricultural University Taken for Example

Entering upon the 21st century,the graduate group has revealed the features of positive enterprising ideological mainstream,increasingly strengthening consciousness of independence and democracy,and ceaselessly rising consciousness of scientific innovation.In such a situation,how to strengthen and improve the current graduate education and administration has become an important subject to further improving graduate comprehensive quality and pushing forward the reform and development of higher education.The graduate school of Shenyang Agricultural University has tried out the graduate assistant system in its graduate education and administration for three years.The three years of exploration and practice shows that this system has effectively improved the graduate education and administration work,whether in selection and engagement,daily management,performance evaluation,daily ideological and political education,Party organization building,construction of class collective and backbone,or in special groups and special stage.
