中国农业技术效率的地区差异分析

摘    要:提高经济效率是提高增长质量转变经济增长方式的关键,比较不同地区经济效率的差异可有效发现效率的制约因素和政策含义运用数据包络分析,测量了1984年至2002年中国29个省的农业技术效率,发现中国农业技术效率不断下降;地区之间的农业技术效率差异日益加大要提高农业生产的技术效率,就必须加大科技推广力度,积极建设农村社会化服务体系,发展农村教育和基础设施建设;积极创造有利于技术进步和效率提高的宏观社会经济和制度环境,加大对中西部地区农业发展的扶植力度

Abstract:To increase economic efficiency is a key to improve economic growth quality and transform growth mode. Comparing the differences of different regions in economic efficiency can help to effectively find the factors which restrict efficiency and the implications of relevant policies. Employing the method of data envelope analysis, this paper measures the efficiencies of agricultural technology from 29 provinces in the country from 1984 to 2002, finding that the efficiency of Chinese agricultural technology is continuoccsly going down and the difference between regions in efficiency of agricultural technology is in creasingly being enlarged. In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural technology in agricultural production, we should implement harsher measures to popularize and apply scientific and technological research achievements, actively build a rural socialized service system, develop rural education and infrastructure, actively create a macro social economic and institutional environment which is advantageous to technological progress and improvement of efficiency, and implement harsher measures to foster the mid-west agricultural development.
