药学研究生心理健康状况调查分析及应对措施

为了全面了解药学研究生的心理健康状况,采用SCL-90心理症状自评量表及自编药学研究生学习生活状况调查问卷对南京四所高等学校400名药学研究生进行心理测评与分析。结果表明,SCL-90测试结果显示药学研究生各项因子得分总体低于国内成人常模,但仍有个别因子得分高于国内成人常模,且在性别、婚恋状况、家庭经济状况、就业压力感等方面存在差异。药学研究生的心理健康状况总体良好但存在的问题也不容忽视,应加强药学研究生心理监控和干预。

Investigation, Analysis and Countermeasure: the Status Quo of the Mental Health of Pharmaceutical Postgraduates

In order to learn the general status quo of the mental health of pharmaceutical postgraduates and put forward corresponding countermeasures,the SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory and the survey questionnaire of college students’ study and life are used to test and analyze the general status quo of the mental health of 400 pharmaceutical postgraduates from 4 universities in Nanjing.The result of the SCL-90 test shows that the pharmaceutical postgraduates’ factor scores are lower than the domestic adult’s level in general but few of them are still higher and differences exist in their gender,love and marriage,family financial condition,employment stress and so on.A conclusion is drawn that the status quo of the mental health of the pharmaceutical postgraduates is good in general.Nevertheless,their mental health should never be neglected.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and intervention of their mental health.
