沈阳市青年公园使用状况评价研究

城市公园是城市中向公众开放的、以游憩为主要功能，有一定的游憩设施和服务设施，同时兼有健全生态、美化景观、防灾减灾等综合作用的绿化用地。但是，以往的公园改造普遍缺乏对使用者需求的充分重视，致使改建后的公园在使用中效果不佳。针对沈阳市青年公园这一具有代表性的公园为研究对象，分别选取工作日、休息日和节假日中天气晴好的日子进行多次实地考察，运用使用状况评价法（Post Occupancy Evaluation），以发放调查问卷和访谈等形式对公园使用者的行为特征和使用需求进行分析，提出营造文化氛围，健全服务设施，增设植物景观，无障碍设计，环境管理维护等建议。

An Evaluative Research on the Service Condition of the Youth Park of Shenyang City

An urban Park is an afforested urban land which opens to the public, serves mainly as amusement and rest, is equipped with certain amusement-rest-and-service-oriented facilities or utilities and plays a comprehensive part in making ecology sound, making landscapes beautiful, preventing and decreasing disasters, etc. Also, as an important part of the land used for city-building, the urban green-space system and the urban public utilities, an urban park is an important index to symbolise the total level of urban environment and the quality of urban citizens＇ life. With the urban building progressing and deepening, a new round of park remodeling is about to be started in Shenyang City. However, it has to be confronted with the fact that lack of much attachment to the demands from park users widely existed in the previous urban park remodeling so that the remodelled parks fail to provide satisfactory service in use. In view of this fact, the Youth Park, a typical urban park in Shenyang City, was chosen as object of study and work days, rest days and fine days of the holidays as well were chosen for repeated field investigations. The method of Post Occupancy Evaluation was adopted and in the park user＇s behavioural characteristics Suggestions are made, such as developing the forms of questionaire distribution, interview, and demands was made in order to find the etc an analysis cultural atmosphere, making park facilities sound, possible reasons. increasing plant landscapes, barrier free design, envionmental management and maintenance,etc, so as to provide reference for improvement of park facilities, promotion of park management and other parks designing.
