良好的职业生涯规划是事业成功的导航仪,对促进个人事业发展和实现职业理想有着重要意义。合理设计职业生涯规划,是大学生通向成功的第一步。目前高等学校对大学生职业生涯规划重视程度不够,缺乏科学指导,大学生进行职业生涯规划的比例偏低效果很差,大学生自我评价和职业发展期望过高脱离实际,规划缺乏全程跟踪指导而导致中途夭折。因此,要用科学发展观指导大学生职业生涯规划,要坚持以人为本、全面、协调、可持续发展和又好又快发展的原则,从而实现大学生的全面发展。

The fierce employment competition forces college graduates to pay more attention to and worry more about the future when faced with the new employment situation.After all,employment is one of the most important choices in their life.It is thought that the current difficulty of employment is caused by such factors as the view of employment,personal capacity,career choice,employment psychology and job hunting skill.On the basis of the survey of the current employment situation and employment difficulty,as well as the analysis of the reasons,suggestions are made that our college graduates should correct their wrong view of employment,improve their personal quality,choose a suitable career,develop a healthy attitude towards employment and strengthen their skills for job hunting.
