泉州民营企业构建和谐劳资关系策略探析

摘    要:泉州民营企业在促进经济增长的同时,其内部存在的劳资关系问题也凸现出来,这种劳资矛盾的存在有多方面的原因。通过转变政府职能、发挥政府在调整劳资关系中的主导作用,加强工会组织、雇主组织制度的改革和建设,尽快完善平等协商、政府劳方资方三方协商机制等劳资关系调整机制,调整民营企业劳资关系的非正式制度等策略,构建和谐的劳资关系。

Abstract:While privately-run enterprises promote the economic growth in Quanzhou,the problem of labor-capital relation emerges,which is caused by many factors.The article proposed the strategies to construct the harmonious labor-capital relation as follows:to take the lead by government in adjusting labor-capital relation by transforming the governments' functions: to strengthen the reform and the construction of the organizations of the labor unions and the employers;to improve the consultation mechanism among government,employee and employers on the basis of equality;to adjust the unofficial system of laborcapital relation in privately-run enterprises.
