师生关系视野下美国新聘教师的职业认同

摘    要:教师的职业认同,在近些年引起了广泛的关注。综观教师对职业中师生关系认同的理论基础及意义,师生关系是影响教师职业认同的关键因素。美国在这方面的实践充分地证实了这一点,即指导教师可以通过与新聘教师结成“工作联盟”,给新聘教师示范师生关系技能,形成他们对自己学生关系的认同,同时自身的职业认同得到进一步发展。通过分析我国新入职教师职业认同的现状,美国在这方面的实践值得国内人士借鉴,以培养新入职教师的职业认同感。
