| Abstract: | University education continuously pursues an educational ideal. To guide this pursuit,this paper discusses three crucial concepts as follows: coll eges and universities are the palaces of seeking great learning,the cradles of c ultivating highly-qualified personnel and the homeland of guarding human spirit, for the purpose of solving such problems as how to run a university, what kind of personnel to be trained and how to train them. |
