| 摘 要： | 基于福州地区245份样本数据,以多维度的视角对新生代农民工城市认同感分化状态进行分析,并采用列联分析方法,测算出城市认同与各影响因素的相关性。结果显示,居住环境、工资收入、婚姻、技能、教育年限与年龄等因素对新生代农民工城市认同产生显著的影响。在此基础上,提出了提升新生代农民工城市认同的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on 245 sample data in Fuzhou,the differentiation of the new generation migrant-workers＇ identity is analyzed from a multi-dimensional perspective,and the correlation between the city identity and various influence factors is estimated by using contingency table methods.The result shows that the living environment,wage income,marriage,skills,years of education and age and other factors have a significant impact on the city identity of the new generation migrant-workers.On this basis,the policy proposal to enhance the city identity of the new generation migrant-workers is put forward. |
