| 摘 要： | 乡土文化内涵丰富,在现代社会发展的冲击下,虽然影响力遭到消减,但是在新农村建设中仍然有不容小觑的影响作用;同时新农村建设对乡土文化也具有或强化、或弱化的态势。鉴于乡土文化的根基较新农村建设更深厚、农民的观念意识在新农村建设中具有的关键作用,故将乡土文化作为自变量,科学辨析乡土文化的作用力,以客观地认识新农村建设的成效,为当地政府执政提供建议。

| Abstract: | Local culture still plays a very important role in the new rural construction though its influence has weakened in the modern social development.Meanwhile,the new rural construction also is strengthening or weakening the local culture.Since the foundation of local culture is deep-seated,the author tries to scientifically analyze the influence of local culture on the new rural construction to provide suggestion for the local government. |
