| 摘 要： | 通过科学界定土地资源可持续利用的涵义,分析了土地资源可持续利用的五个特征,结 合太谷县自然、社会经济条件以及土地问题中存在的主要症结,提出了太谷县土地可持续利用对 策,即大力开展宣传教育,强化土地利用者的环保意识;切实保护耕地,实现耕地总量动态平 衡;加强生态建设,改善生态环境;控制人口,减轻土地承载压力;加强土地法制宣传教育,加 大执法力度等五方面的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Through scientific definition of the meaning of sustainable exploitation of land resources, five charactoristics of sustainable exploitation of land resources are discussed. Based on the nature, social e-conomy and main problems in Taigu county countermeasures are also put forward . They are: increasing land users'environmental protection awareness by education and wide propaganda; protecting farm land to keep dynamic equilibrium of cultivated areas; strengthening ecological construction to improve ecoenviron-ment; controling birth rate to lessen the carrying capacity of land; and enhancing legal education to intensify law enforcement. |
