| 摘 要： | 利用典型调查的方法,对山西省不同市县农村家庭承包土地流转作了调查研究。研究结果：（1）查明了山西省土地流转的类型、形式、费用、期限、管理的基本情况;（2）土地流转受到农业效益、土地政策和社会条件的影响;（3）土地流转给粮食生产和新生无地农民带来一定挑战;（4）土地流转管理要重视农民之间的自发管理,要让集体拥有一定管理权力。

| Abstract: | This article uses to the Shanxi Province different city county countryside typical survey method, has done the research to the current countryside household undertaking land transfer.
