| 摘 要： | 民主选举、民主决策、民主管理和民主监督是村民自治的四个环节。其中，民主选举构成村民自治中的民主基础，民主决策是村民自治中的民主手段，民主管理是村民自治中的民主宿求，民主监督则是村民自治的民主保障。这四个方面在党的领导下对村民自治的发展发挥着直接作用。

| Abstract: | There are four elements in village autonomy,they are: democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic governance and democratic supervision.Democratic election is the basis of village autonomy.Democratic decision-making is the important means.Democratic governance is the pursuit.Democratic supervision is the guarantee of village autonomy.Under the leadership of Communist Party of China,the four elements play direct roles in the development of village autonomy. |
