| 摘 要： | 目前农地的频繁调整与流转不畅普遍存在,这在一定程度上影响农户对农业投资的积极性。本文结合2002年的山西农户农地问题的问卷调查资料和跟踪观察户资料,分析农地调整与流转对农户投资的影响,并提出创新农地流转形式,提高农地配置效率是促进农户投资、优化投资结构,实现投资收益最大化的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | Now frequent adjusting and obstructed transferring of farmland is a universal phenomenon, which has influenced farmers' enthusiasm on agricultural investment to some extent. Questionnaire inquiry and the data of tracked households of Shanxi farmland in 2002 are used to analyze affect on household's investment. And the author puts forward that innovating forms of farmland transferring and enhancing efficiency of farmland collocating is one of available approaches of promoting household's investment, optimizing investment structure and implementing investment income. |
