| 摘 要： | 在详细论述新一轮＂民工荒＂现状的基础上,以新生代农民工和沿海地区劳动密集型企业企业主为研究对象,从教育发展延迟适龄新生代农民工就业时间、促进新生代农民工择业观改变的角度,从企业主自身素质低导致企业定位低、管理不科学以及企业主诚信教育缺位导致农民工流失、农民工自身职业技能教育和维权教育缺位的角度,详细分析了新一轮＂民工荒＂的成因,并提出了相关建议。
