| 摘 要： | 知识是创新的源泉,知识的管理已成为创新的决定因素。知识管理也就成为知识密集型服务业生存和发展的关键。在已有的研究基础上,从知识管理的角度分析了知识密集型服务业中知识的生产和流动,提出并详细阐述了知识密集型服务业中知识管理的过程,指出要在KIBS中构建知识管理机制。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is a source of innovation.Knowledge management has become the determinant of innovation and the key to survival and development of knowledge-intensive business service.This paper is based on existing research,and it analyses the production and flow of knowledge in the knowledge-intensive business service from the perspective of knowledge management.The author puts forward and elaborates on the process of knowledge management in knowledge-intensive business service,and then points out knowledge management mechanism built in the KIBS. |
