农村基层党组织执政能力建设研究——以山西省灵丘县为例

农村基层党组织是党在农村的执政基础,是党和国家联系农民的桥梁和纽带,是我国社会主义新农村建设的第一线。党的执政能力建设的包括决策能力建设、发展能力建设、控制能力建设及其依法行政能力建设。农村基层党组织执政能力建设好坏,直接关系到农村改革的推进、经济的发展和社会的稳定。本文结合灵丘县的实际情况,分析了该县农村基层党组织执政能力建设中存在的问题,针对以上问题提出了解决农村基层党组织执政能力建设的新对策。
