专业课教学培养大学生实际工作能力的探索

针对用人单位对大学生实际工作能力的要求 ,笔者结合自己多年来的教学经验 ,提出了课堂讲授重引导培养学生理论联系实际分析思考问题的能力 ,实验教学重安排培养学生解决生产实际问题的独立工作能力 ,基地实践重指导培养学生科学研究的创新能力 ,把培养学生的实际工作能力贯穿到每一个教学环节中的专业课教学模式。

Research on Developing Practical Working Ability of University Student During Specialized Course Education

According to the requirement for the university student's practical working ability, a teaching model was advanced in this article based on the author's teaching experience in many years. The main content of the model is that the objective of lecture is to develop the ability of the integration of theory and practice; the purpose of experiment is to improve the ability to analysis and solve practical problems on student's own;and the aim of practice in base is to cultivate the ability to blaze new trails on research.In a word, developing the practical working ability of university students is most important in specialized course education.
