资源积淀与产业集群——张家川回族自治县皮毛经济整合模式新构

摘    要:张家川回族自治县皮毛经济发展历史悠久,基础良好,20世纪八九十年代,该县皮毛产业经济曾在地方鼎盛一时,由于种种原因,如今却处于低谷。张家川的自然环境,资源优势和穆斯林文化传统为产业集群发展积蓄了待发力量。整合新构的皮毛产业集群产业模式以优化地方资源,借力群众的经商优势,整合产业链的优势环节,将畜牧养殖业、皮毛贩卖业、皮毛加工业、制造业、贸易企业等产业环节精耕细作,独立集群,形成系列,整体发展。该模式将零散的力量集中起来,形成合力,提升了张家川皮毛产业的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The fur economy of Zhangjiachuan which had begun with a long history,is established on the good groundwork little by little.During the 1980s and the 1990s,the Hui furs warehouse was leading in the economy of Zhangjiachuan country,but at present it is getting near an unprecedented bottom because of all various unfavourable reasons.Zhangjiachuan's Muslim culture and traditions,resources advantages and natural circumstances have formed good potential for developing the industrial cluster.The model of industrial cluster can work perfective the industrial chain which includes the pasturage and stock keeping,fur warehouse,fur processing industry,fur made industry and trade industry,and optimize local resources,take advantage of going into business of people,integrate superior link of industry chain,consequently,all in all one industrial chain,one cluster.It shapes series to develop globally.The model will collect many scattered strengths,produce resultant force to promote the market competition of Zhangjiachuan fur industry.
