| 摘 要： | 指出了在高校国有资产管理中存在的思想认识不足、管理制度不健全、管理方式欠妥、国有资产流失等问题,分析了影响国有资产良性管理的因素,提出了加强管理,要领导重视、摸清家底、完善管理制度、重视无形资产管理,防止资产流失。

| Abstract: | The insufficiency in cognition of the supervision of stateowned property of university,the faultinesses in its supervisory system,the improper modes in the supervision and the run-off of the state-owned property etc.are presented in this article.And the factorys that affect benignly the supervision of state-owned property are also analyzed here.The article thus brings forward some suggestions such as strengthening the supervision,heightening the recognition of the leaders,having a thoroughly knowledge of the property,herfecting the supervisory system,attaching importance to the supervision of invisible property and preventing the property form off-running. |
