| 摘 要： | 发展乡村旅游,突出旅游业在山西产业结构调整中的地位,是解决＂三农＂问题的战略举措,也是发展农村经济,建设社会主义新农村的有效途径。社区是乡村地区旅游发展的主体,社区的有效参与有利于当地旅游的可持续发展。通过对榆次后沟社区参与旅游的现状和问题的分析,认为创建合理的利益分配机制,凸显社区参与的主体地位,丰富社区参与旅游的形式,提升社区参与的能力和水平,建立以社区为核心的参与旅游发展模式,对乡村地区旅游业的可持续发展具有重要的意义。
