| 摘 要： | 毛泽东的农民组织化思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,其理论精髓主要包括高度重视农民的历史主体地位和农民组织化的重要性、农民组织化形式的多样性以及在推动农民组织化过程中坚持农民自愿与党的领导相结合的原则等。这些思想历经实践检验,不仅在中国革命和新中国建设中发挥了重要作用,而且对于组织农民应对当前＂三农＂问题的新挑战也有着重要的借鉴价值。
