摘    要:随着我国市场经济的快速发展,城乡分割的建设用地市场的弊端日益显露、矛盾日渐突出,因此如何推进城乡建设用地市场的一体化已刻不容缓。分析了城乡建设用地市场一体化的制约因素,并最终提出了相应的对策,以期推进城乡建设用地市场的一体化。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's market economy,the shortcomings and defects of urban and rural construction land market,which is of segmentation,become increasingly apparent,so how to promote the integration of urban and rural construction land market has become very important.In the paper,the author analyses the constraint factors of integrated urban and rural construction land market,and finally offers some advices in order to promote the integration of urban and rural construction land market.
