| 摘 要： | 农业推广作为农业科技成果转化为生产力的桥梁和纽带,是现代农业发展不可缺少的重要环节。目前农业推广人员的总体素质不高,很大程度上制约了我国农业科技成果的推广应用和农民科技素质的提高。引入素质冰山模型并给予相应的理论阐释,从显性素质与隐性素质两方面讨论了农业推广人员素质不高的问题和原因,并根据素质冰山模型的要求提出了强化思想教育、强化素质培训、强化激励机制等提升农业推广人员素质的对策建议。
