摘    要:在研究人才共享、人才共享效应的基础上,提出了人才共享效应的6个特征,分别从信息沟通、技术选择、交互协同、知识学习、技术挖掘五个方面分析了人才共享对技术创新的作用机制,旨在提高中小企业技术创新能力。

Abstract:On the basis of the research of the talent sharing and the talent sharing effect,this paper analyzes the features of talent sharing effect and the mechanism of talent sharing on technology innovation in terms of information communication,technology choice,interactive synergy,knowledge learning and technology exploration,aiming at improving the medium-sized and small-sized enterprise technology innovation ability.
