生命教育视野下美国大学心理咨询中心建设特点

当前大学生心理问题和压力的增多与生命教育的欠缺密切相关。在对美国哈佛大学、麻省理工学院和芝加哥大学等心理健康教育机构的分析与比较中发现,美国大学心理咨询机构的运作模式富含生命教育特色,包括迎合生命需求而诞生的美国大学心理咨询;专注生命价值与关怀的机构服务理念:宏观的"心理健康"概念,微观的服务视角与关怀生命的目的观;实现生命发展性与积极性为主的服务项目与独具特色的工作坊模式,为我国的高校心理健康教育提供了有益借鉴和可行思路。

Construction Features of Counseling Centers in America Universities under the View of Life Education

Increasing of the college students mental problems and pressure is closely related to the missing of life education nowadays. Through the analysis and comparison of the institutions of mental health education of Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and The University of Chicago, the paper explores the characteristic of life educa tion in school psychology of American universities, including the birth of university mental counseling which cater to the life needs; service concept focusing on value and care of life： macroscopic concept of ＂ mental health＂, microscopic per- spective of service and objective view of caring for life; service items and workshops to achieve development and enthusi- asm of life orientation, with the aim to offer us some reference and enlightenments in mental health education.
