| 摘 要： | 以衡平和修复为核心思想的恢复性司法在加强被害人保护、促进社会和谐方面有着传统司法所不及的优势,也有其自身的局限性。恢复性司法是一种全新的思维与做法,也对我国被害人权利保护具有启示意义。
