| 摘 要： | 目前,我国煤矿企业的生产存在着管理水平低下、生产效率不高等问题,构建一套科学、规范、公正、有效的煤矿企业绩效管理模型对提高其生产效率和经济效益具有现实意义。论述了基于目标管理的绩效管理在煤矿企业的应用,构建了基于目标管理的煤矿企业绩效管理模型,分析了该模型在煤矿企业的实践应用。

| Abstract: | At present,there are problems of poor management and production inefficiency in China's coal mining enterprises,so it is practically significant to improve the coal mining enterprises' production and economic benefits with a scientific,standardized,fair and effective model of performance management.The paper discusses the application of performance management,based on objective management of coal mining enterprises,builds up the model of the performance management,and analyses its application in the coal mining enterprises. |
