医学本科教学内容教学方法的继承与改革——与青年教师商榷

继承、改革与创新是现代医学教育不可绕过的必经之路,教学内容教学方法的继承、改革与创新重在实践。青年教师应尽早树立现代医学教育观念,多学科涉猎,建立自我的、动态的、全方位的、以医学为主的“现代医学信息源”。在教学实践中,要慎重而又灵活地增删教材,因地制宜地选择教学方法,着重于培养学生观察问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力和创新能力。

Discussion about inheriting and innovating teaching contents and methods

It is necessary to inherit reform and innovate contents and methods for modern medical education,and apply it to practice.Young teachers should promptly establish modern concepts of medical education,review multiple subjects,and form self-centered,dynamic,overall,medicine-oriented "modern medical information library".In practice,the teaching materials should be prudently and flexibly augmented and omitted,and the teaching methods should be varied with the students.Moreover,the objective for teaching is to cultivate students' abilities to observe,analyze,solve problems and bring forth new ideas.
