| 摘 要： | 用中国传统哲学的术语说,学习型党组织是体,而创先争优是用。有什么样的学习型党组织就有什么程度的创先争优。强调学习是中华民族的优良传统,更是中国共产党的优良传统。学习型党组织的当代内涵是党必须应对现实的挑战,应当贯穿创新、平等、自由、民主等现代精神。

| Abstract: | If by the Chinese traditional philosophical terms,a learning Party organization is the ontology,then its striving for superiority is its function.The type of the Party organization determines the degree of its striving for superiority.Emphasis of learning is a good tradition of both the Chinese nationality and the Chinese Communist Party.The contemporary connotation of a learning-tyed Party organization is that the Party must meet the challenges of the reality and highlight the modern spirits of innovation,equality,freedom and democracy. |
