| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to construct the modern university system,to create a harmonious campus,to promote the healthy development of the higher education,to call for legal administering,and to administer colleges and universities according to law.Through the analysis of the current situa-tion of administrative legalization in colleges and universities,the writer puts forward his understanding and opinion to attract more valuable ones. |
