| 摘 要： | 学年学分制产生于学年制向学分制的过渡阶段,既具有学年制和学分制的特征,又不同于学年制和学分制的管理.通过实践探索,提出优化培养方案、完善选课制、完善辅导员制、探索导师制是学年学分制下教学管理的有效途径.同时提出推行这一制度,还需要转变观念、加强师资队伍建设、加大投入等.

| Abstract: | In the transition from academic year model to credit model,a new model of academic year & credit management is proposed,which retains the features of the separate each,but stays different from both.Through the practice of the new model,the paper advances the following effective ways: optimized cultivation scheme,improvement of elective systems,counsellor systems and tutorial systems,pointing out that to conduct such a system requires a transformation of concept and increased investment on teaching qualities... |
