| Abstract: | Cultural schemata,as a kind of background knowledge,is crucial in cross-cultural communication.The fundamental aim of foreign language teaching is to make language learners achieve cross-cultural communicative competence.English teachers should pay great attention to culture teaching in order to help students establish,adjust and enrich their cultural schemata and promote their ability of cross-cultural communication. |
