| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的深入，高校党校干部教育培训的职能愈来愈得到强化。在对高校党校干部教育培训工作的重要性和现状进行分析的基础上，从提高思想认识、加强培训需求研究、加强党校自身建设、创新培训方式和手段、健全干部培训的激励约束机制等方面，提出了增强高校党校干部培训实效性的思考和对策。

| Abstract: | With the reforms in higher education deepening, the function of cadre training of Party school in colleges and universities is being increasingly enhanced. Based on the analysis of the importance and current situation of such training, this paper proposes thoughts on and countermeasures to its effect enhancement from the following aspects of promoting ideology, strengthening research on training demand, innovating training ways and methods, and perfecting the system of incentive and restraint in cadre training. |
