摘    要:提高员工的满意度是增强员工的工作责任感,提高员工的工作质量,从而减少人为事故发生的一个有效途径。针对我国煤矿重、特大事故不断发生的情况,采用实证分析的方法对煤矿企业的员工满意度进行了研究,找出了存在的问题,提出了对策建议。

Abstract:To improve employees' satisfaction is a good way to increase the working responsibility of employee and enhance the working quality so as to reduce the man-made accidents.This paper,by adopting principal component analysis model,researches on the employees' satisfaction of coal mine enterprises,locates some problems,and proposes the countermeasures.
