工业环境效率的区域差异、空间分布与影响因素研究——以长江经济带为例

基于非期望产出的Super-SBM模型,考察了长江经济带2010—2017年11个省市工业环境效率的区域差异与空间分布,再用改进的灰色关联模型分析其影响因素。结果表明:长江经济带的工业环境效率总体较高,区域之间有差异,呈现“下游>上游>中游”格局。根据泰尔指数分析可知,下游地区内部差距是长江经济带工业环境效率差异的主要原因。从空间分布来看,高效率集中在下游和上游地区,低效率集中在中游地区,呈现由“外围”向“中心”延伸趋势。经济发展水平、环境方面、地区因素对工业环境效率起到正向作用。其中,地区因素对工业环境效率影响作用不大。产业结构、外资水平对工业环境效率起到负向作用。

Regional Difference,Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Industrial Environmental Efficiency——Take the Yangtze River Economic Belt as An Example

Based on the Super-SBM model of non-expected output,the regional differences and spatial distribution of industrial environmental efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2010 to 2017 were investigated,and the influence factors were analyzed with the improved grey correlation model.The results show that the industrial environmental efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt is generally high with differences among regions,presenting a pattern of“downstream>upstream>midstream”.According to the Thiel index analysis,the internal gap in the lower reaches is the main reason for the difference in industrial environmental efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt.From the perspective of spatial distribution,high efficiency is concentrated in the downstream and upper reaches,while low efficiency is concentrated in the middle reaches,showing an extension trend from“periphery”to“center”.Economic development level,environmental aspects and regional factors have positive effects on industrial environmental efficiency.And regional factors have little effect on industrial environmental efficiency.Industrial structure and level of foreign capital have negative effects on industrial environmental efficiency.
