| 摘 要： | "依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"已明确载入我国宪法。依法治国的核心与关键就是依宪法治国。依宪法治国的前提条件是人们应当树立起对宪法坚定不移的信仰。宪法信仰是法治的灵魂,是走向宪政的精神支持。但是,由于受我国传统意识的消极影响、宪法自身的不完善及现实生活中诸多法治条件的不成熟,公民宪法信仰的严重缺失仍然是我国宪政和法治建设面临的难题。本文从宪法信仰与法治的关系入手,分析了确立宪法信仰的重要性以及我国公民宪法信仰缺失的原因,提出了从培养公民的宪法情感与态度、保持宪法的相对稳定、完善宪法实施的监督和保障机制等方面培植我国公民的宪法信仰。
