| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前管理哲学研究中静态横向的模式，主要反思孤立管理理论和学说的做法，提出管理哲学研究还需要纵向的努力，即通过对管理思想流变的考察，揭示管理科学发展的内在逻辑，以解决管理知识发现和增长的问题。

| Abstract: | In view of the static and horizontal mode in current managerial philosophy studies,the paper makes reflections on the isolationalist management theories and advocates the vertical mode in the related studies,i.e.,by observing developments of managerial thoughts,scholars should bring to light the inherent logic of the development of managerial science,so as to solve the problem of how to improve the managerial knowledge. |
