| 摘 要： | 高等教育质量观是高等教育质量研究的重要主题。自1999年起，我国高等教育开始了由精英阶段向大众化阶段的转变。近10年来，我国高教事业经历了规模扩张与质量提升两个历史阶段。在高等教育不同的发展时期，学者们抱持的高等教育质量观有所不同，对质量的认识也在不断深化。高等教育的质量观不仅是多元的、动态的、不断发展的，而且更重要的是体现了以人为本的宗旨。在高等教育的多样性与统一性、工具性与价值性、结果与过程、现在与未来之间寻求平衡点，这是高等教育质量的本质要求和现实需求。

| Abstract: | View on higher education quality is an important theme in the studies of higher education quality. Transition from elite higher education to mass higher education has begun in China since the year of 1999. In the ten-year development, China＇s higher education underwent two historical stages, namely the period of scale expansion and the period of quality improvement. In the different periods of development, scholars took different views on the quality of higher education, and gradually deepened their understanding of the quality. Their views concerned were not only diverse, dynamic, and constantly evolutionary, but also embodied the aim of being people-oriented. Moreover, they tried to strike a balance between diversity and unity, tools and values, result and process, today and tomorrow, an essential requirement of higher education. |
